LIKA’s Personal Learning Profile
This has to do with learning. We all learn differently but are generally taught as if we learned the same way. The PLP gives individuals the chance to identify a learning profile that establishes strengths and preferences, and then to form strategies for learning better and faster.
Do not expect that teachers/lecturers can or will teach to your PLP. That is unreasonable. They can differentiate their strategies to include more students, but it is up to the individual and mentors to figure out best individual strategies.
Note also that this is a self-profile. If you don’t agree with the outcome, either do it again, or place yourself in a mote favourable quadrant. And the profile will almost certainly change over time.
